Emily is lovely! I was a bit worried about going to the dentist as I haven’t been for a while. She explained everything and put me at ease. I felt fully informed about the visit and my ongoing treatment. Would highly recommend.

The new Practice in Shifnal is exquisite! My family and I are very impressed! So, not only did it feel like we were at a Harley Street Dental Practice, but we were also in John and Sim’s professional, safe and gentle hands. As an anxious patient I am always quickly at ease here and grateful for the staffs’ kindness as well as their passionate knowledge. In addition, Katherine and the reception ladies are all incredibly friendly and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else for my dental treatment :) x

Fantastic service

Dentists generally make this feel nervous, but I always feel incredibly relaxed here! Both my dentist and orthodontist have been fantastic and the front of service is personal and efficient. I definitely recommend taking their monthly payment plan, it’s worth every penny. Updated to add: their new practice is brilliant, it’s spacious and calming, and I appreciated the screens on the ceiling showing tv or relaxing landscapes to distract me from the dental work.

I always use this dentist, I see Karen and she is a fabulous lady always helpful especially because I am a super nervous patient. Thankyou to all the staff at Shifnal dental care for all your help.

Great new dental clinic. I recently moved from a Shrewsbury NHS practice to Shifnal. I suffer from gum disease and for that I require private care to keep on top of it. I'm impressed with new patient care and technical procedures to determine baseline of needs. The dentists are extremely pleasant, thorough, professional and the treatment rooms are equipped with high tech tools. The clinic provides a wonderful environment and I feel I get what I pay for. Highly recommend them

Lovely service really friendly

From the front desk to the dentists, everything and everyone about this place is premium. I bounced around a few other places for me and my family before landing in this place. Visiting the dentist can be worrying and scary, but at least you’ll know you’re in great professional hands within a top facility. I just had a tooth removed, and the dentists’ kept me relaxed, comfortable and as happy as you can be in having a tooth pulled out 😁

Beautiful new premises. Really helpful and friendly reception team and Sim is a brilliant dentist, especially with the children.

I can be quite nervous when I visit the dentist, however, the staff are professional and friendly putting me at ease during my appointments. The practice has created a calming ambience to relax patients and put them at ease.

New premises are amazing. I’m not a fan of dentists but these guys are the best really put me at ease.

This absolute gem of a local practice is amazing, the most friendly RELAXING practice, customer service second to none, cannot recommend enough.

I was treated very quickly after breaking a tooth. The dentist and nurse were lovely and talked me through each procedure. The reception staff and telephonist were very helpful and courteous.

Superb service since my wife and I became patients a year ago. Particularly I must thank them for resolving my toothache and subsequent extraction during the pandemic when I had number of phone consultations and further appointments immediately on opening again.
